3800 Acqua Lifestyle Apartments

We absolutely love this place! We've been living here for 8 months now and couldn’t be happier. A big thank you to Casey and Alexa, they made the entire leasing process so much easier for us. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and they’re always attentive and ready to help whenever we need anything. We definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

We’ve been living here for a year now, and it’s been a great experience! Casey and Alexa were amazing from the start, they helped us choose the best apartment that fit our needs perfectly. If you have dogs, this place is ideal! There’s plenty of space to walk them, and the whole community is very pet-friendly. The amenities are always clean and well-maintained. We’re really happy to call this place home!

The apartment itself is a really nice 1 bedroom with concrete floors(in bldg 1300). Just the right size for me. The ladies in the front office though, they make the place amazing! My granddaughter loves to see them as much as possible(they give suckers). She loves talking to them all, as do I. Anytime I've needed any help or service, they've gone above & beyond. They are the stars of the show during events. They know how to throw an event!! There are many businesses on the property that make it easy to be here. The complex is also located close to almost any type of service you may need!

Lets start off with such a beautiful place really. I decided to help my daughter get an apartment here b/c of how nice. The model of course is awesome. Reality is... when we moved in the carpets were stained, the fridge had to be exchanged out, outside porch had spiders and webs everywhere, and the french doors to outside balcony didn't close all the way, you could see light in and out which allowed bugs and wasted energy. I'm so disappointed about this place b/c as nice as this is ,and as nice as they are, that's not the reality. We followed the lease to the law. I had all payments before due, paid all the upfronts before she even had the apartment. bought the spray stuff required to spray on the granite counter tops to prevent stains and applied it.
