I love living here, the neighbors are nice and the apartment is beautiful. The only concern I have is it's very difficult to solve rent problems through the office. They outsource the rental payment system and there's nothing that can be done if you're late. The late fees are really high. Maybe this is normal now but if you're moving here don't pay the rent early or late. Otherwise, enjoy!

I love this community. This the 1st complex i lived in where the Property Manager & Staff actually care about the complex and tenants! Absolutely no complaints!

Scheduled a tour over a week out. Recievied a follow up email the day before and confirmed, we live outside of the city so it was about an hour drive. Once we got there no one was in the Leasing office also it was raining so we waited in the rain and waited over 30 minutes(the tour was after lunch so that wasnt the issue), called and left voicemails and emailed and no one ever reached back out about missing our scheduled tour. Probably a nice place if you're ever able to see it.

Been here a few weeks and the application process was easy. My past apartment had issues with rental verification and the property manager still worked with me to get all of the documents I needed. Friendly maintaince staff and quiet neighbors and great features for the price, such as large living room, fitness center, Google Fiber, and pool. Couldn’t beat it, especially with the rising rental prices in the surrounding area. I’ve seen so many other apartments where you get much less and charged much more. Plus the surrounding neighborhood seems really safe and everything I need is pretty much a 10 minute drive away or less.

I Must say one of the most amazing places to call home. Being a resident Since January 2023, I never felt more safe and welcome by my neighbors and peers. The Management and Maintenance Team are the BEST!!!!!! Alyssa the Property Manager are amazing, and Jarvis the Maintenance man is the Bomb. I look forward to the more Greatness to come to this property.
