I love living here is real, quiet. And the apartment I live in is real spacious. I like that it is a mixture of cultures that live in the building.

Lived here for over three years and was sad to watch the decline. The units are large and well laid out and the building is conveniently located. At the start of my residency, management was responsive, maintenance regular, and the front desk staff friendly and professional. My neighbors were respectful and friendly. Everything went downhill. Dog urine and feces everywhere, loud music and weed smoke, assaults and property damage. Management never responded to emails and regularly weren’t in the office when it was scheduled opened. A rotating cast of front desk staff made things inconsistent. And the fire alarms. Dear god the fire alarms. Don’t let management’s responses to recent complaints fool you. The positives: Relatively nice, modern apartments with great windows and natural light. Well-sized rooms, unlike some of the newer “luxury” apartments on the market. Generally kind (though not particularly effective) front desk staff. Rarely hear upstairs or next door neighbors. The negatives: -Changes in building management and high employee turnover beginning a couple of years ago led to a drastic decline in reliability and service quality. Former excellent leasing office and front desk employees (Trevon and Teddy to name a couple) were replaced with employees who clearly do not care. -Front desk staff and management were often not around when they said they will be- the building advertises 24/7 concierge, but late night/early morning, there was rarely anyone at the desk. Not even sure where to start. Everything in the reviews are 100% true! Lots of drug activities, people stealing your deliveries and extremely poor management. Too many criminal incidents and I just don't feel safe here at all. The best thing about the building is the maintenance team. They get things done in a timely manner. I would not recommend anyone to move into this building. Stay away and read the reviews before applying. I will be moving this spring and I can not wait to get out of here.

ETA: I see 360H responded to another review saying these incidents aren’t frequent. That’s not true. Frequent enough for at least 4 years guys. We used to live in this building but had to move because of how often the fire alarm goes off. We now live in a building over the road but it still wakes us up in the night when we hear it. Seems like at least once a month and sometimes it’s many times in one week. Our cat is still traumatised by the sound and runs and hides when she hears it. You can hear it across the whole of the H street corridor. Nice enough apartments but the fire alarm thing has been going on since at least 2021.
