I rented from 360 Property Management and had a great experience throughout my time with them. Their service is excellent and very professional. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was handled in a timely manner and actually fixed properly—not just patched up. Communication was always great, and I could easily get in touch with someone whenever I had a question or concern. They were responsive, respectful, and took issues seriously. The process was smooth, and I always felt supported as a tenant. It’s clear they care about maintaining their properties and keeping tenants satisfied !!!

Simone and assistant were very polite and helpful. They addressed our concerns. We are very content with this arrangement and Mary Ann will continue to be a happy tenant. Again, thank you for your kind and courteous attention.

Overall, the company runs things well and makes the process straightforward, which I appreciate. No complaints and I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve had a really good experience renting with 360. Being able to pay rent directly online made my life so much easier with a busy schedule, and the managers are helpful. The unit is nice, and updates/renovations are done pretty quickly which is a bonus. Overall, it’s been good. Can't complain at all.

360 property management is awesome! Nothing but great experiences with them. I’m a tenant, and I have also been a Landlord myself. They Clearly understand their mission is to be a go between between the landlord and tenant and they do serve both very well.
