360 Community HOA Management Company

Their reputation is that they are NOT reliable. What more even needs to be said? I've had a damn hole in my bathroom wall since NOV 14, 2025 - Today is DEC 23, 2025. 360 won't so much as call or email me back at this point, so my home looks wrecked for Christmas. What joy. How can I convince my condo association to look for better management??? Cuz this ain't it!!

The building on 319 Jarvis is always spotless, well cared for, and truly feels like home because of the amazing management and staff. They don’t just manage buildings — they listen, they care, and they act. Every concern from residents is handled with respect, patience, and genuine dedication, which is so rare to find.

Useless company. My roof has been leaking for 4 years and they do nothing. The gas lines to the barbecues were shut off by the city for a gas leak months ago. They refuse to fix it. Sometimes we go a month with no landscapers because they screw them over and need to find new ones. The gate lock to the pool has been broken for 4 years. Any one can pull hard and it opens. Numerous instances of homeless people helping themselves to the pool and the cops have to be called. I have seen young kids just open the gate easily with no key. 360 could careless about kids getting into the pool area without supervision. Do not purchase any property if this company is managing the property you will regret it.

Roof leaked again last night. 5 years the roof has been leaking and nothing has been done. Property value continues to drop and no one cares. This company is useless

Darrin, the owner, and his staff are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 46 on this planet. I have never encountered this level of incompetence and open discrimination against homeowners. Do your community a favor and save yourselves the stress of them never taking iniatiave nor accountability. Having a fiduciary duty means nothing to this company nor owner.
