35 Club Apartments

I have lived here since September 2024, about 17 months. It's a decent apartment complex with multiple layers of secure access, a decent little weight room, and some other included amenities. Unfortunately, the other included amenities often are nonfunctional. There is a hot tub and a sauna and I cannot trust either to be in working condition. Also, despite stating that it is a strictly no smoking property, the smells of fresh and stale Marijuana and tobacco smokes are very constantly present throughout internal and external spaces on the property. Great apartments if you want to pay minimum $1,800/mo and listen to constant traffic noise.

For prospective residents: The apartments are lovely, but understand this clearly: if a crime occurs against you or your property on 35 Club premises, management will not assist you in identifying the responsible party, even when they possess the means to do so. They will cite policy, defer to legal counsel, and require you to obtain court orders to access evidence of crimes that occurred in facilities you pay to access. You will be entirely on your own to pursue remedies through legal channels at your own expense and effort. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I’ve never met a more cruel staff in my life, not to mention NEVER responsive or in their office. Very dismissive of serious issues. Plus, if you order a package, it will probably floating around the building waiting for someone else to grab! PLEASE save your money and live somewhere else. Seriously the rudest people I have ever met.

Pricey, but worth the money. Maintenance is quick and very nice. The building and mail room were very secure, and I always felt safe here. The amenities are also nice, especially the gym.

First apartment I’ve ever lived in where they took care of minor repairs on the same day. It’s a great deal when you consider that WiFi is included, as well as a decent gym, sauna, bike storage, swimming pool, hot tub, dog wash station, and even dog waste bags are all a part of the base price. And it’s close enough to downtown Eugene, campus and Autzen that you don’t even need to Have a car if you don’t want one.
