ZERO STARS! I have not had heat in my unit since November 9th and I have contacted Prethenia Wells, Leasing, and Kesha Parker via email multiple times since I realized it’s been out and they still have not comm effectively. I’ve called as well and Prethenia Wells has always rushed me off the phone as trying to get a basic necessity handled especially as temperatures are dropping. On Friday, November 28th, 2025 Prethenia Wells and maintenance came to my apartment about a broken cabinet I emailed to get fixed on October 15th - the cabinet finally got fixed on November 20th, 2025 and I wasn’t notified that maintenance was entering my apartment while I wasn’t there nor did I give consent to do so.
