This is a pretty generous rating for a building that has had its fair share of issues, particularly with management (see other reviews for lack of communication from management, maintenance concerns, etc- its all been said before) I would give TEN stars if I could just for the concierge staff, led by Sam. Miss Sam is the heart of our community and the only reason that I have lived in this building for almost 10 years despite management upheaval, a change in ownership, skyrocketing rent, etc. Sam is family— she is genuine, fiercely caring, and makes it all worth it. There is a reason former residents will go out of their way to visit her, why people join her in the lobby after dinner for snacks and debriefs about their day. She knows every dog by name, has a stack of coloring books for kid
Been living here since 2021. Four times managers were changed. From this week they will check your organization and housekeeping skills, haha. Things started fine but as time passed and management changed (4 times since then) things started breaking down one after the other. And never been up to a standard which you would expect. Issues you would find: 1) Mouses Since last year, you’ll see mouse running in common area, garage, and disposable room. (You can see the mouse traps under the sofa and seats on your visit. It’s been going on since a year or two and still not treated fully). 2) Aunts & bugs This year, Aunts started nesting outside and inside my apartment windows. Due to broken lock/handles that were never fixed I could know from there they are coming until the maintenance gu
Such bad service! Had us waiting for half an hour, the manager said she was unaware of our scheduled visit and didn’t even show us the studio we were interested in because of their “protocol”. Like we said to the manager, where was the “protocol” when they left us waiting for so long and when they were completely unaware of the scheduled visit? Terrible service…
Avoid this building. Management is unresponsive, disorganized, and suffers from constant staff turnover. The building has had no leasing agent for months and tenants were not informed despite waiting for renewal offers and sending multiple emails. The concierge team compromises security by handing out unit keys without verifying IDs, and many of them are untrained shift workers with no real ability to help residents. Despite advertising 24/7 service, this is far from the reality. When my apartment flooded, management refused to act over a holiday weekend or contact emergency services, leaving me to handle the damage myself, which eventually included removing all my bedroom furniture when they finally agreed to replaced the carpet a week later after it had rotted, requiring me to miss a d
I lived here for just over two years, and I have to say I didn't want to leave. In terms of the location, when I first moved here the Giant and restaurants across the street hadn't opened yet. As more places have opened up, though, it's really made this an ultra convenient bubble. Despite not being on the metro, the various bus routes immediately in front of the building make it a breeze to get around town The 33, 31, 30N, 30S, and 96. They connect you to both the red and orange/silver/blue lines if you truly needed to take the metro somewhere. The amenities are great, the building is well maintained, and service requests are always responded to promptly, but what truly makes living at 3333 something special is the fantastic team behind the operation. I cannot speak highly enough of the c
