I’ve been living in this building for a year now, and there have been four instances where windows and doors were broken into. Three times, someone threw rocks at the main entrance door, and packages were stolen, and another time it happened near the gym entrance. By now, there should have been security hired to ensure that tenants are safe. We’re paying high rent just to live in fear and mediocre apartments. I’ll also add that homeless people will sleep on the floor of the entry way as well. It’s truly ridiculous!!!!

Lived here for 3 years, black mold from the air vents were never properly cleaned, which resulted in my pets becoming sick. Rent increases were atrocious, the site claimed they had hard wood flooring when it was particle board that would easily lift. The new "renovations" consist of stainless steel appliances, cheap flooring and a fresh coat of paint. It was a nice place to live in before the new owners became greedy. Also, shoddy windows

Decent building to live in but the new management the worst (SRK Management ). Definitely greed and the building isn’t even high end . Can’t even open your windows to get fresh air . Always people moving out must say a lot.Much better apartments out there for same price and more lenient.

I was supposed to meet with the supposed “regional property manager”, Rebecca Ruiz, for a tour of a unit. I asked for a weekend tour, and she said this was fine as long as I had confirmed with her prior since she did not want to make the drive and “waist” (yes, that’s how she spelled it) her time. I confirmed with her via email the night before. The next day, I reach the apartment front door and call her. She says I did not confirm and she’s not on site to give me the tour. She said she wanted me to call her, rather than email, since she doesn’t check her email - what property manager doesn’t check their email? It took me 30 minutes to get here, and in the end, at first, I thought my time was “waisted”, but then I realized that I would never want to live where a property manager is disresp

I stayed here for less than a year in 2017. Great place considering the area. Staff was always on point and tentative. The walls are thin but the tenants mind each other's privacy . Very clean and easy to get to
