I was charged ~1k move out fee, including Dispose of items left behind $50; replaced broken living room blinds $140; replaced AC filter $40; paint touch-ups $225; replaced burnt floor area in the kitchen $80; replaced light bulb out $20; caulking in the bathroom $90; base loose toilet paper needs to be adjusted $35;costs for which tenant is responsible to clean $180; costs to rekey $97.41 Photos were taken the day I moved out

I've been living in Red River apt since 2020 and moved out just recently, because graduated from UT. The apt complex by its own is just a dream for students. As you know it's very difficult to get parking space around campus, but if you live in a Red River apt complex, you don't need to think about parking. Another great thing is location, surrounded with medical centers. We had winter storm twice, and both times when city was out of electricity, Red River apts didn't have any of those issues. What about management,,, everybody is super nice, always are available for call, email. Yes, we had this issues,,, homeless people would stay and sleep on the stairs. But recently management put gates, and we are completely safe! I would highly recommend to stay in this apt complex, especially when

Really pleased with Red River Apartments. My unit was spacious and newly renovated, very clean / no bugs etc, and the landlord has been exceptionally communicative.

So Excited to Move In to the complex and ANA has been helping me endlessly for a easier transcsation with everything. Thank you Team
