301 Property Management

They are absolutely Horrible!!! Do not and I mean do not use them or rent through them! They are unprofessional, ignores rental laws, and will literally ignore issues etc…. DO NOT DO IT!! Very unprofessional!!!

The other review is from a last name of one of the employees. I had ok thoughts bout them until I had another party go check on my rental property after 5 years and took pics. No one gets back at you and when you say let me know of any repairs or issues so that I can fix it they ignore you. Karen and Annette I will come up to MD and bill you for my travel expenses if I do not here back it had been 2 weeks you have had plenty of time to address the issues and potential water damage to my property. I regret not using a different company. Also when you tell them I need to charge $50 more for rent a month to cover the HOA increase and a few other things and nothing ever came from that. Then 3 months later I get a the renters signed the new rental agreement. Thanks for helping me not loose my
