2one5 Apartments

I toured 2one5 Apartments and had a great experience. The leasing team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The community was clean, well maintained, and the apartment layout was spacious and well thought out. The location is convenient, and overall the tour left a really positive impression. Definitely a place I would consider calling home.

This evening I came and toured this property, I was referred here from a previous resident that was hyping this place up. When I got there I was able to meet with Nalatie, he did a marvelous job w being knowledgeable about the property and showing me around. When we got to the unit I was in disgust from how the unit looked the unit was nowhere near ready. He did say multiple times he can show me another unit an thy this unit was ready but he apologized profoundly but I will take my business elsewhere. Natalie was great though.

Nice apartments, but the price is kinda high, and your deposit will be 100% gone. They took $750 from me because I put a couple of small nails in the wall for a key holder, and two of their window slats fell while we were moving and we left them as is. They also tried to charge me extra saying I was late to drop off the keys even though they were out for 1 and half hours when I tried to return the keys personally, and ended up leaving the keys in overnight Dropbox as per their instructions. I enjoyed staying there, not as much move out process.

Good place to move if you want broken gates for over a month. Car got stolen during that time frame and they are “waiting for approval”. I’m not the only person who had their car stolen out of here too. Management is horrible and this company just wants money. Too make things worse they replied that it was out of their control. When the theifs got through the front gate that was broken for over a month. 2+ cars stolen. And no security rolling around the neighborhood at all. Only once in a blue moon.

Such an amazing apartment complex ! All the staff in the office is truly a blessing and such caring people . Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they are here right away to take care of the problem . The office staff is super supportive and attentive to my needs and concerns. I really appreciate Jordan the assistant manager for assisting me through the entire process of my move and Kristina for making me feel welcomed when picking my keys up. My only concerns I have is the smoking and lack of cleanliness from residents with their pets . PLEASE RESIDENTS CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DAMN DOGS ! This is supposed to be a smoke free community but residents walk around smoking freely or smoke while at the dog park . I’ve also witnessed maintenance men smoking while riding around on golf cart. I alw
