Important reminder‼️ When you buy a SummerHill home, they promise that once all the houses in the community are sold, they will be out from the HOA board. However, in reality, they may stay on the board, leaving homeowners without true representation of their interests for 3 years, maybe 5 years, or possibly indefinitely. Before buying, think carefully about whether you can accept this kind of behavior from SummerHill.
Very nice new development in Palo Alto, literally attached to Greer Park. Anna from the sales team is a pleasure to work with and made myself and my family feel welcome.
