2700 Capitol Park Apartments

I lived here for about 2 years. The location was great and I loved biking and walking to restaurants downtown. The apartment was in great shape when I moved in, and all the routine maintenance requests I had while I lived there got fixed within a day, usually the same day I submitted them. My only complaint is that there was a period in spring of 2025 we had frequent false alarm fire alarms at all times of the day. By my count it was about 12 times over the course a month. I found out later that these were planned tests that management failed to notify us of. It would've been a 5 star review but not being able to trust the fire alarms is a serious safety issue, and I'm still in shock that the decision making process allowed something like that to happen. 2700 Capital Park is a choice that was a great choice for me, being very particular about where I live and the amenities that are offered, this property is top of the line. The most important part is that I feel very safe here. The Management and staff are always eager to greet me with a smile and are very helpful when needed. I've always said that you can't put a price on the feeling of peace, well peace is what I find everyday that I walk into my apartment, here at 2700 Capital Park! Thank you for all that you do!

Over all a great safe place to live. Don’t agree with Door Dash or other delivery services that come in and roam the hallways. We have lived here almost 3 years, though it seems to be not a prestigious as it was in the beginning, I still would recommend this place as a nice place to live. We had problems with noise on lower floors but we are on the 4th floor.

Fabulous place. From my first visit in touring the place, Conner was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for my daughter, who was going into her senior year at U of Alabama (Roll Tide) an apartment . All thru this past year, Conner was there to help get answers to my questions. The place is well maintained and I loved the gated parking. And the pool, fitness center and community rooms are gorgeous. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Getting to campus was easy using Jack Warner Road. Less traffic lights and less traffic. The reason we moved was due to my daughter accepting an invitation to Vanderbilt’s grad school. I hope I can find as nice a place in Nashville as 2700 Capital Park Apt.
