Huge shoutout to the amazing office staff! Yesterday, they stood outside in the cold handing out grab-and-go breakfast to residents, and it was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It truly made my day and says so much about how much they care about the community. Little moments like this make a big difference, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. When it comes to maintenance, this apartment is truly top tier. Ricky and his team handle maintenance requests the same day. Ricky handles most of my requests, and he is very professional and always gets the job done. It’s truly amazing how broad the range of work he is able to handle. I’m always satisfied with the results!

The maintenance men at this apartment complex are amazing especially Ricky!!! He is always accommodating, professional, and willing to help in any professional manner possible. My work orders are fixed promptly and without any further issues! So grateful for his work ethic and care of our home!

I lived in Unit #3330 at 26 at City Point starting in October 2023. Before moving in, I had independent mold testing performed, which showed no mold growth at that time. After a major rain event shortly after move-in, there was a roof leak in Building 3, with water intrusion reported in the adjacent unit. Following this event, repeat mold testing in my unit showed markedly elevated mold levels that had not been present before. I reported the issue promptly to on-site management and provided documentation of the test results. Maintenance acknowledged awareness of the water leak. However, after approximately 30 days, my neighbor’s ceiling damage had still not been repaired, and the roof area associated with the leak had not been addressed during the time I lived there. I’ve been a resident here for a year now and I’ve absolutely loved being able to call this place my home. I’ve had no issues with my unit, maintenance is always great, and Abigail, Haley & Maura have all been incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. I love the community we have here. Would 100000% recommend 26 at City Point for anyone looking for a new place to call home.
