2500Boca on Federal Apartments

The 2500 Apartments are fantastic and well-maintained. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process, making everything smooth and easy to set up. It’s also great to know that this is a pet-friendly community! Plus, the maintenance team is efficient and does an excellent job keeping everything in top shape.

I’m beyond frustrated with the way I was treated by KPM Capital and the management at 2500Boca. I had a conversation IN ADVANCE with the leasing manager, Michael, clearly letting him know that I would be leaving early. At no point did he mention anything about a $100 late fee. Fast forward — after I leave early as discussed — I get slapped with a $100 charge anyway. Not to mention I was their for 8 MONTHs and paid my rent on time EVERY TIME. So here’s the question: Why didn’t Michael tell me there would be a $100 fee if I left early? If I had been informed, I could’ve made a different decision or at least been prepared. But no — instead I get blindsided with a fee I was never warned about. That’s not just bad service — that’s deceptive, misleading, and downright unethical. If this is how

Mike was fantastic and made the move super easy and was very helpful. Living here has been amazing, the location, the amenities and the apartment itself. Highly recommended. Update: 5 stars again as today was the first time I had to use maintenance. I asked Mike on Friday for a maintenance request and he promptly sent maintenance my way to fix the issue. The maintenance crew was professional and replaced the blinds right away.

I am a current resident of 2500 Boca on Federal and can tell you that Jesse's review of this place is spot on! The overall management of this place is awful. There is trash, food, pet waste, and puke that sit in the hallways for weeks at a time. the carpets on the 2nd and 3rd floor are always stained with pet urine and other various liquids which creates a smell of a animal shelter. The neighbors are usually friendly but Lindsay (Office Manager) is not. I have filed multiple complaints to Lindsay to which she always looks to me to do her job for her I.E. "create a report and email it to her" or "speak to a noisy neighbor on my own"... Last I checked I don't manage 2500 Boca on Federal. 2500 Boca is a great place to live. I looked around quite a bit before I found this lovely little complex. The location is perfect. I knew this was the spot for me as soon as I walked into the building. When I saw updated units, the finishes, flooring, appliances and the floor plan I stopped looking. Lindsay answered all of my questions completely, and made the move in process seamless and simple, even when I told her I wanted to move in earlier. She is professional, friendly and always available. Since I moved in I have noticed that they maintain everything here proactively. The A/C filters were changed today.
