25 Broadmoor Apartments

Booked a tour, nobody answered the phone, nobody was in the building, sign on the door says "will return at 9:00" and I am here standing at the door at 9:56 waiting for my 10:00 tour. Embarrassing and disappointing, was looking forward to seeing these apartments.

Please do not move to these apartments. My husband and I moved in and were there for a little over a year. They constantly have the water turned off out of the blue and if you are lucky they will send you an email right before it happens. The management is horrible and does not care about getting things done in a timely manner. The pool is always dirty and half the time it is not open. The hot tub has had a wasp nest in it for over a year. I had my mixer on the counter and the counter started falling so all they did was fill the inch space with caulk. They raise the fees monthly to take care of the outside but it looks horrible all year. They leave the dog poop bins over flowing for weeks before it’s taken care of. The washers are almost always not working and they had problems with people

Diana in the leasing office. Is very kind. Very Helpful. I really liked her personality. I am concerned about the pool and hot tub. The pool is green. The hot is empty. I asked the current tenants and they said it has been green water for awhile. The office assured me the pool and hot tub will be Sparkling clean. I have been here 1 day.So. for my experience living here has been a good experience so far.

I lived here from July 2018-August 2021. I absolutely loved my time at 25 Broadmoor. The only reason I moved out was because the rent just got too high for my budget. The office staff was amazing and super nice. They always handled issues quickly and effectively. Maintenance requests were always taken care of within 48 hours. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough!

Honestly review of these apartments. Alittle about myself. My wife and I have been staying at these apartments for about a year and a half, in that time we noticed a few things lately that we dont like. We don't know why but the property really took a tumble this year. Everything is overgrown and not maintained giving the property a less ideal look and feel especially with how much rent is here. The swimming pool, they refill and clean it once and thats when summer starts, other than that property management doesnt maintain it so within a month it turns green and brown. The Jacuzzi never work and we asked one of the workers about it and they shrugged their shoulders. The laundry rooms washers and dryers don't work well leaving my clothes with a weird oder and moist.
