2400 Hudson Apartments

Lived here for couple of years, it was pleasant, especially it’s near a trail, decent pricing and space. Cooling, maybe not efficient. Wascal one of the keeper of the building is always helpful. Kesha the apartment manager is always ready to address any issues you may encounter. Although, on the days leading to end of my lease, the other building keeper, not Wascal, placed a sticker even though he knew I was moving out and I parked the car temporarily in one of the unused parking space. It was very unkind, was just trying to clear out the apartment space, making sure it’s clean before I leave. I hope you improve your attitude towards any tenants. Otherwise, this can still be a nice stay for anyone. Thanks.

What a cozy and welcoming place to live. Moving out was a very difficult decision after spending wonderful years here. Wascal, the maintenance guy, was truly the kindest and most helpful person — always ready with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. Kesha, from the management team, was incredibly responsive and supportive, always just one email away and ready to assist. The building was consistently clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I also really appreciated the monthly calendar with events and updates — such a thoughtful touch that made the community feel even more special. Thank you so much to the entire team for making this such a great place to call home. I’ll always remember it fondly. 🤍

The management staff and maintenance team at 2400 Hudson are wonderful to work with. They are very reliable and make a genuine effort get to know you and your needs. Any time there has been a maintenance issue, small or large, they've either resolved it relatively quickly or communicated the issue and given a timeline for repairs/next steps. As another reviewer said, there are always bound to be issues in large buildings, but what matters how they are managed. Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a safe and convenient place to live in Fort Lee.

Hi, lived at 2400 Hudson for 24 years Apt 3a before moving recently. The new management has tried hard to make tenants happy. (its an older building). Especially the manager Kesha, Wascal and the helper. Business is business so upper management can be tough at times, but the team on site Great. When selling apt have to make your own deal its not building responsibility to find a buyer for you or hold your hand... Thanks, Rob Dinan

Very disappointed with my experience at 2400 Hudson Terrace. Jamie was a great manager when I viewed and decided on the apartment. Then she resigned a few weeks before move-in and it went down hill from there. To be fair, there were highlights: location, decently priced, good amenities. - The apartment was being fully renovated and I wanted to see the end result before signing lease. I was continually pressured into signing a lease when the kitchen was not even finished. I asked for pictures of progress as a minimum. This was a red flag I should’ve contemplated more on. During my stay: - Dog waste not cleaned up by same residents in dog run, constant marijuana smell throughout complex, packages stolen due to no organization system in lobby. - due to old age of building, AC broken many ti
