The community is very quiet, and management is incredibly responsive. This has been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. I truly hope our next home is just as positive. It’s clear the new owners have made a significant improvement!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Management is horrible and maintenance takes forever to fix anything, was without a working stove for almost 2 months and told on several occasions that someone would show up and then no one did. They charged me for housecleaning and carpet cleaning when you can clearly see that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned before moving out. They will act nice to your face and the minute you sign the lease, they will do nothing but come up with ways to bill you even after you leave.

"I'm so impressed with the staff here; especially the office assistant!! She is kind, responsive, hardworking and smart. And the manager has made it easy to address any issue. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the location is close to shopping and transportation. Highly recommend.

Horrible place. Glad I’m finally free. My apartment burned down while living here. They charged me a moving fee to get a new place and made sure to charge rent every single day possible. There attempts to help were a week after most residence got settled. They refused to let us get our stuff for weeks and I know people that personally lost all of their belongings to thieves because they would leave the gate unlocked at night but would refuse to let us go in ourselves. This is the third building fire as well. Not saying this one was their fault, but worth noting the history. The washer was broken for months. I would complain and complain to finally get someone sent out. They would clear one filter then leave. Then it would break in a week. This continued till we moved out. We wound up havi

Very very kind and team worked and communicated well to ensure we were happy and well taken care of. By far one of the best places in sherman!
