Sharing our experience for anyone considering this building. Since moving in over the summer, there has been issue after issue. During the summer, we experienced weeks without reliable air conditioning, with our unit consistently over 80°F. The most recent issue has been frequent elevator outages, lasting now over weeks, including periods when both elevators were completely out of service. At one point, our guests were stuck inside an elevator, making daily life in a 13 story building extremely difficult. The above issues are a result of consistent leaks throughout the building. We haven’t experienced leaks in our unit, but the floors surrounding us have had significant damage. There were also mold issues within units that required testing and remediation, along with ongoing pest and co
I’ve had an outstanding experience living here so far (moved-in Sept 2025). The leasing and move-in process was seamless, professional, and well-organized, which made the transition into the building stress-free. Staff has been incredibly welcoming — the doormen are always friendly, attentive, and available 24/7, which adds an extra layer of comfort and security. Shout out to Victor! The amenities have met expectations, and I especially enjoy the rooftop space, which is a great place to relax and take in the views. The facilities are well-maintained, and management seems committed to keeping everything in excellent condition. Just as important, the community here is respectful and considerate, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Overall, this building has exceeded my expec
Update: the construction is still nonstop and elevators not back in service yet and it’s been over a month. The rent is so disproportionate to the services provided and quality of life. They don’t announce visitors. And the elevators being out of service especially affects pets, pet joints, kids, babies, and the elderly. The common areas except for the new lobby/passageway are marginally clean at best. The daily upkeep could use a lot of improvement. There’s ongoing construction to reconfigure the apartments with drilling and hammering coming from somewhere new every couple of weeks with little warning or explanation like asbestos exposure. It’s just not worth the rent.
*UPDATED REVIEW (12/22/25) I am unfortunately extremely disappointed with my experience living in Renoir House so far. I moved in in July and was excited that I had a brand new renovated unit with gorgeous finishes and a lot of space - all of that remains true, but I’ve had tons of issues with my unit since moving in. For starters, the track lighting seems to stop working in my living room on a weekly basis. The left elevator is out of commission every other day, and the building will often allow it to operate even when they know it isn’t working rather than turn it off. I live on the PH floor and have waiting over 10 minutes to get a working elevator. I don’t believe the elevator has truly ever gotten fixed given this happens so often. 3 mice were caught in my apartment between October t
Living in this building has been a disappointing experience due to ongoing maintenance and management issues. During our time here, we’ve dealt with mice and cockroaches, mold, and elevator problems caused by leaking pipes. Other apartments in the building have also experienced the same issues in addition to water leaks in their units, so these do not appear to be isolated incidents. In addition, the air conditioning was shut off for weeks during the summer, which made living conditions very uncomfortable as temperatures surpassed 80 degrees. While management did eventually address these issues, the process was often slow and frustrating. Problems were frequently downplayed at first, and repairs sometimes had to be redone due to poor initial workmanship. In several cases, it took weeks o
