2231 Ontario Apartments

Everyone at the leasing office was really helpful in getting me into the apartment quickly and efficiently! Quick to respond to emails and very friendly! I have had a great experience so far.

I have been living here for only 3 weeks and so far have nothing negative to say! The street the building is on is idyllic and quiet. The building itself has recently been renovated. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. The view from the rooftop is unbeatable. Harris Teeter is a quick 2 min walk away, and there are buses close by that can take you everywhere. Busy and lively party street is also 2 minutes away. The only thing I can think of that may need improvement is their communications - they sometimes take a day or two to get back to me; however, they are always very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend moving here!

I've had such a positive experience so far. Everything is exactly as advertised and the management team have been so helpful in making the move and living here a breeze. The apartment is beautiful and I love being able to walk out the door and be five minutes from anything I could possibly want to do. Great neighborhood and building if you have dogs as well.

My wife and I have had a great experience at 2231 Ontario! Hard to beat for the price and location. The building is on the older side, but the units and common space have been updated fairly recently (stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, refinished floors, etc.). No noise or pest complaints. Our apartment can get quite hot during the summer months (no central AC, only window units), but that's to be expected in DC. Nothing but positive things to say about management—the leasing process went smoothly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and emails are always answered promptly.

I lived here for 2 years and had the best experience with management in all my life. Any problems I had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully, even after normal business hours. Highly recommended.
