I had a terrible experience here. The old property manager repeatedly burglarized my apartment. While she was fired as soon as I caught her, management was dismissive and minimizing regarding the trauma I experienced. While the new property manager is great, the property had been feeling as if it was going downhill for a while prior to her arrival and despite her best efforts to improve the place, that continued. As an example, see the attached photos that were taken in late July of the state of the rooftop terrace that wasn’t landscaped until mid-August. Notice all the weeds and the piles of dirt. Hardly what I’d expect from a place that bills itself as being “luxury.” Beyond the terrace, many spaces in the building felt neglected and like the quality of the space was deteriorating. As o

I lived here from early 2024 until now. Great place, great location, building is new and has a lot amenities. Management has greatly improved specially the maintenance. I am surprised with low rating. Remember this dog friendly building and almost everyone has a dog.

Do not live this place. They are going to charge unreasonable money for moving out. I have lived this place about 2.5yrs and if you moved to unit to unit internally, they are going to charged reasonable price for repainting because they charged just $100. However, if you moved out from this property, they are going to charge all your security deposit. That's what happened to me. I just got few dollars back for painting.

We rented a furnished apartment for 4.5 months recently while my husband was being treated at the U of M for cancer. The staff was nothing but kind to us the entire time we were there, if we needed anything they got it to us promptly. The apartment was furnished but since we needed extra things as we couldn't go out much while he recovered they brought us extra cooking pots and dishes... The location is very close to the U of M hospital and clinics. We needed to bring our dog and he liked it their too- we did not use the indoor dog park as our dog was not used to going indoors and it does smell. The views were beautiful over the city and we were very comfortable there. There are numerous routes for walking, biking and about anything you can think of for food and shopping can be delivere

I’ve lived at 22 on the River for the past year and let me just say, BEST experience ever! Every single staff member has taken their time to get to know me so they can say hi and ask me about my life as I walk by. They have bent over backwards with every and any request I’ve made. When I had questions about anything they were right there and so knowledgeable. The place is always spotless and the atmosphere is so comfortable. The rent was super reasonable and I never had any issues with parking. Oh and never did I ever have to call a maintenance guy because their stuff is SO well kept. If I could give this place a 100 stars I would because their customer service, is out of this world and that in itself would make me live here forever.
