2112 New Hampshire Ave Apartments

I've lived at 2112NH for nearly four years and the experience has only gotten better each year, particularly with the addition of Jef and Janice to the management team. Along with the maintenance manager Jose, they are extremely attentive to residents' needs and concerns, friendly, communicative, and present at the property throughout the week, and genuinely care about residents' comfort and satisfaction. The building provides proactive services like pest prevention and sidewalk/surface lot salting, and management is quick to address concerns with the building or individual units. The building itself has lovely, spacious, and well-designed units that get plenty of sunlight and have modern appliances and features—it is rare to find a studio apartment with such a large and functional kitche

I haven’t even lived here a full week yet, but I’m absolutely OBSESSED! The entire team is amazing! Janice is so personable & truly cares about her residents! Jeff was so welcoming and helped me get situated upon my arrival, and Josè is also amazing and always available to help you out! Janice even helped me when I shattered a large mirror and went above and beyond to help me get it all cleaned up! The building is clean and well maintained and my apartment views + renovations are absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough! Truly love this location and building!

I have absolutely loved living in the building. The management team is very responsive and helpful. When I was first touring I was with Janice and she knew every resident by name and even their dog!! That sold me right there on how much they care for the residents and this perception has only been reinforced time and again!!

starting this off by explicitly saying i gain nothing from writing this, nor has anyone even asked me to do so. the following is my honest review from a resident who has recently moved out. i can say without any hesitation that 2112 new hampshire was the best (and my favorite) place i have ever lived. if you are looking for over-the-top luxury or marble floors/ceilings you should keep scrolling because this isn’t the place for you. if you are looking for a reasonably priced, charming, and cared-for building full of honest residents, i strongly recommend 2112. i have lived in over 6 separate apartment buildings, and my usual experience was that property managers only cared about you until you signed your lease (they had your money). this was NOT the case at all for 2112. jef, janice, and

Moving into this community was such a smooth experience. I was first interested in the executive studio, and the team was great about keeping me updated. When a JR 1 bed, 1 bath that met the requirements we discussed became available, Janice reached out right away. She made sure everything was well-coordinated and was so friendly and professional throughout the process. The community itself is great, quiet, well-kept, and in a perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience!
