2100 Connecticut Avenue Apartments

I lived at 2100 Connecticut for almost 4 years and it was such an amazing experience. Lauren manages the building with such care and kindness and always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Ottilia cleans the building and is so incredible at her job and kind and wonderful. The maintenance staff - Abdul, Miguel, and Chi always take care of issues within hours and make sure you have all the help you could need. Also everyone that lives there is so kind I loved my neighbors! Ultimately I moved because the small kitchen with no dishwasher was not my preference but I adore the building.

Very clean apartments, secure package room and mail boxes, and nice amenities — including functional washers and dryers, a gym, and a rooftop. Great views of Connecticut Ave, but you definitely feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city because it’s in kalorama, a very quiet neighborhood.

I had a great tour with Jaye! She was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I really like the property, which is nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and absolutely adore this place! From the leasing office to the maintenance, they’ve all been wonderful kind people who genuinely care about us tenants. In addition to living in a beautiful neighborhood like Kalorama, the apartment complex makes everything great in terms of taking care of the needs as well as offering us tenants events from time to time. I would love living here and highly recommend people to live here! Shout out to Lauren and Abdul!!!

2100 Connecticut is a great place to live in Washington, D.C. The complex is clean and well-taken care of, and there's a gym, rooftop deck, package room and laundry room with plenty of machines. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive; maintenance requests are answered swiftly and professionally. It's in a great location - walking distance to Dupont or Woodley Park (metro, food, bars) while also on a relatively quiet street of homes and embassies. I highly recommend the building if you're looking for a place to reside.
