Great service and amenities. Located right by the riverwalk and downtown Bradenton. Shalymar the Assistant community manager was amazing and helped us throughout the whole move in process. The other office staff members are very helpful and nice as well. Overall, great experience.

Easy move in process and my unit was exceptionally clean when I moved in. Honestly beyond my expectations. Been living here for about 2 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. Location can be busy when events are happening downtown but overall conveniently situated. I love having the Riverwalk just outside the property with gated access. The front gate has not been working since I arrived and has remained open but the community feels very safe and secure. Overall, glad I ended up at Watermark. I’m looking forward to living here.

We’ve been living here and the experience has been excellent. The place is very peaceful and secure, with gated access, which provides a lot of peace of mind. The management is very friendly and always ready to help, making the leasing process easy and clear. All the maintenance staff are efficient and attentive. The common areas are fantastic: the pool is enjoyable, and access to the Riverwalk is a great bonus. Additionally, all the apartment amenities are practically new, and we haven’t had any pest issues. The location is very central, which makes everything convenient. Overall, it’s a safe, comfortable, and very peaceful place. Highly recommended!

When I moved in over two years ago, I felt at home and safe and confident in the management of the complex. Starting about a year ago the entire complex had gone down hill. From the rude and dismissive attitude of the office staff to the entire looks of the community grounds. They have been installing new windows in the apartments for over one year now. There is rubbish all around the buildings. There is still a light post that came down during the hurricane that was removed and a cone placed over the hole in the ground with live wires. Roaches infested in the walls and nothing is done. The paint in my bathtub is chipping and I can’t take a bath. The breezeways are always filthy. I understand there are many empty apartments here. They are so worried about filling the vacancies that they se

The office personnel were very professional and kind. Amanda helped me thru the total process of getting approved to a goof tour of the property. 210 Watermark was definitely the right choice.
