202 Queen Apartments

Wanda was warm, welcoming, and very professional. Gave us a terrific tour of a gorgeous 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as all the amenities! Great views!

My experience at 202 Queen has been great so far! Location is perfect. Wanda and Karen are both responsive and very helpful. Residents are friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner. Amenities (rooftop lounge, coffee bar, gym) and community events are a nice touch. I would highly recommend 202 Queen to anyone considering!

I had a wonderful leasing experience at 202 Queen Apartments, thanks to Wanda, the Leasing Consultant. From my very first room tour, she was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure I received the best leasing offer possible. I truly appreciate how much she cared about helping me get the right place. Karen also supported me with the lease process, which went smoothly and stress-free. Since moving in, I’ve enjoyed the amenities: -The gym with a squat rack -The first-floor lounge with limited coffee -The quiet room, perfect for working from home or focused study What touched me the most is that Wanda always greets me warmly when we meet. As a foreigner, living abroad can feel distant, but she makes me feel like I’m at home. That sense of welcome is priceless. The location is also excellent,

She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel effortless. UNHYGIENIC & UNRESPONSIVE 1. If you have a pet, they charge a monthly pet fee, but seemingly do not care for the grounds or the shared pet spaces. (what's our fee going towards then?) Below are pictures of ONE recent trip outside with my dog. This is not the first time this waste basket as looked like this and believe it or not, this is LIGHT for the amount of feces usually left unpicked up. The apartment does little to ensure a hygienic shared space for pets (outside & in the pet wash room). While the apartment complex does has a problem with a few tenants not being responsible pet owners, they've done little to enforce any policy for proper pet care. There's never any doggie bags available to encourage clean up after your pets and there have been many complaints from tenants about this
