20 Fifty One Apartments

Best experience I’ve had in a decade living in Las Vegas. The Staff is the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff I’ve ever encountered. Lived here for 3 years, no issues, work orders are done very fast. Recently moved out as we wanted to move into a house. Anyone who has lived around town knows it can be difficult and daunting when assistance is needed from the leasing office staff in other Apartment Complexes. At 20 fifty one I looked forward to seeing the staff and felt like family. Shout out to Morgan, Marshall, Mario, Alexis, Shayla. Thank you so so much for 3 wonderful years. Highly recommend if your looking for a convenient area that is close to so many shops and stores.

(Update) I moved in the 2051 apartments May 2022. My downstairs neighbor was always harassing me as I would walk in my home and she would also accuse me of looking at her husband 😳. I noticed that the driver side of my car began to developed scratches and then along came flat tires days after moving in. I addressed this issue with the leasing office and the tenant is no longer here which shows me the right thing was done. This community does not tolerate things like that which I love! I haven’t had any major problems with my home but when something small did come up. The 2051 team would take care of it the day of or the the next day at the latest. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath- 1407 for just the rent everything else is separate. I am from NY so for me this price is great! Lol I will remain her

I loved my time staying at 2051 Apartments! The staff is friendly, informative and always available when I had a question or issue. The maintenance staff is great and property is kept up every day! I literally cannot find one complaint about this property. I highly recommend if your looking for a new place.

The maintenance at 20 Fifty One Apartments are amazing. They are always polite and they always respond quickly to your maintenance issues. Thanks to Mario and the team. From apartment 2081.

Mario came through to fix the strove while we were out. We had the dogs in the kennel and Mario was able to drop a treat in for them so they didn't bark the whole time. Everything was fixed when we got home and the dogs were fine. Thank you Mario.
