The definition of “we only care about your money”. The owner Aimee will refuse to address or remedy any issues or situations that may arise. They are willing to lease subpar properties without proper disclosures or warnings and then pin all problems on the lessee because “there’s always another tenant”. I would recommend looking elsewhere for places to lease unless you want the pain of being the one that they “get next”. Oh and bonus points for their refusal to communicate or even send someone out to inspect issues at the property. Stay away unless you enjoy paying for other peoples property improvements because “that’s not our responsibility”.

Bad business, don't expect good conduct or timely communication when working with 180 Development. Ownership will not address issues and put the burden on tenants.

I've been renting with 180 Development for almost a year now and my experience has been great. Move-in process was smooth and easy, staff is responsive and helpful when needed. I've enjoyed it!

I’ve lived in one of the 180 properties for about 1.5 years now and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The convenient access to the city it provides is perfect! They’ve been responsive to any concern or question I’ve had and have been assertive in addressing any issues that arise. They’re very respectful of privacy, personal spaces, etc. and always give a heads up with plenty of advance for regular maintenance. If you work in the city, or are just looking to mix it up, I’d recommend a 180 property! All the associates are friendly, easy to talk to and simply great people to know and have in your network.
