18 Park Apartments

I love living here! Everyone at the front desk is wonderful and management is very responsive and proactive dealing with the minimal issues that come up. It feels like they actually care about the residents and organize monthly community events and pop-up stalls with coffee, treats, etc. in the lobby. No one mentions it, but the elevator to floor ratio is actually so nice—4 elevators to 11 floors means no waiting 5+ minutes to get downstairs like in big high-rises. The amenities aren’t quite as fancy as some buildings, but they are well maintained, reasonably priced, and actually useable unlike other places I’ve lived where the flashier offerings end up being mostly just decorative for apartment tours. Happy to have re-signed my lease and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been living here for the past two years and the staffs are amazing! I can’t say anything better with this building. The maintenance requests are processed instantly and taken care of within one or two days. The front desk staffs are amazing and always greet with you. Shout out to Walter for everything he has done for this building and for us. Will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment in Jersey City to look here first!

The leasing agent Katie (KJ) is very unprofessional and has some serious issues. The first time we scheduled a tour she didn't show up. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a second time. She shows up 15 min late and seemed to have double booked. Anyway, finally when it was time to tour, she decides to hang out with the concierge staff for 10 minutes talking about life while we are just waiting for her to finish her story. She has very little knowledge about the apartments themselves and throws a hissy fit when asked questions. She literally said "Don't ask me any questions till we get to the next apartment" and stormed off into the corridor. It was honestly hilarious to see a grown woman act like a 2 year old.

My wife & I moved here from NY in late 2024. Our move-in experience overall went fairly well. The initial handoff with the concierge at the time (Walter B.) couldn't have gone better. He was kind, professional, and explained our next steps efficiently. We feel this way about all the concierges currently working here, by the way! Our unit on move-in day was up to our standards upon arrival and all our amenities (i.e. water, electricity, laundry) functioning. Within a couple weeks we were able to ultimately furnish our unit to our liking. We are now officially one year into our experience here and we are enjoying it very much. Maintenance has a great squad (perhaps the most underrated team here) and are very responsive to in-unit requests. For example, it was easy for us to have maintenance

We have been living at 18 Park for 18 months and loved it the entire time. The location near the marina is absolutely amazing. The area is filled with nice restaurants and bars which makes it ideally located. The amenities are great, especially the gym and the swimming pool, and the staff is super nice and always ready to help. One of the nicest areas in Jersey City if not the best!
