UPDATE: they tried to delete my review so def lost a star because what’s that about?? The truth?? INSANE The area - Do your research on where you live. ( the pricing to live in this building + everything that’s included is AMAZING but it is in a rough area. Random people hang out on the side walk across from the building and you do hear occasional gun shots. Again, if you move to this area it’s under your own discretion. Parking- There is no parking. Well ,let me rephrase… very LIMITED parking in that tiny garage. There is street parking on both sides ( you won’t get ticketed ) however, you will not have the same parking spot everyday just fyi. Guest and residents use that street parking sooooo.. there’s that Security- When I say “ Security” I am referring to how secure the building is.

If I can give zero I would I did walk in one no one there can’t get in building keypad don’t work second time set an appointment no one shows us phone numbers in building and website dosent work ask janitor can he call because last time I was there someone else had an appointment they didn’t show so when I asked this time he was rude said I’m not going to keep calling her because she got mad last time he called her personal number building is just unprofessional in so many ways Like why waste people time like that

I wish I could give zero stars. I signed a lease with the apartment complex but was given the wrong apartment number in my welcome letter—an apartment that was already occupied. I set up my utilities in advance, as instructed, but the property manager, Saja Hogans, seemed unconcerned. The unit I was shown was not the one I was assigned. When I moved in, I saw roaches crawling out of a unit four doors down, infesting the walls, elevators, and other nearby units on the second floor. There were men cleaning that unit, and they were moving belongings covered in roaches onto the only elevator in the building. The foul smell in the hallways was unbearable. To make matters worse, I found my door ajar with my belongings inside, and a man claiming to be maintenance was working on the water heater,

Highly wouldn’t recommend I was calling this place for weeks trying to rent one of the one bedrooms and I wanted it so bad before the units ran off the market . The number they had on file was incorrect and nobody ever responded to my email , they want $1200 for a studio apartment who is paying that for a spot that doesn’t even have a bedroom in it that’s crazy but they are super unprofessional and they don’t answer the phone , you leave a voicemail and they don’t get back to you also she told me they didn’t have any one bedrooms left but when I checked on another site it said they had one more in stock unit 402 but I guess someone got it already . They need to do a better job communicating

Landlord is horrible, building maintenance horrible, the communication is horrible, the lady blames the building that has working cameras for the front door being popped open or broke. Do not move here, the building has roaches and mice they don't exterminate when they send out letters they do not come they come when they want. Building is going down
