1660 Peachtree Midtown Atlanta Apartments

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. One of the standout features is the location; it's incredibly safe and walkable to everything you could possibly need. Whether it's grocery stores, restaurants, or parks, everything is just a short stroll away, which makes life here very convenient. The customer service provided by the office staff, especially Christina, is outstanding. She is always friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The maintenance team, including Milton and Charles, truly deserves special mention; they are amazing. Attention to international students: please don’t rush to rent this place just because it’s close to SCAD. I made that mistake and don’t want others to do the same. I lived here for one year, and i wont keep this short. My initial rent was $1,699, but I ended up paying around $2,300 every month plus Georgia Power. Utilities alone were a minimum of $300 monthly!! That included WiFi for $130, even though it’s Xfinity, which offers faster plans elsewhere for around $50. On top of that, Georgia Power was billed separately at about $60–100 per month. Parking was another $80 monthly, and even if you don’t have a car, you still have to pay. This is 1B apartment!! Do not expect your deposit back. According to them, 1660 recident paying 1 month behind, even though in December I paid for November

I originally toured this apartment with Keith and he was absolutely fantastic - he was the reason that me and my roommate pulled the trigger on this place. But unfortunately, Keith no longer works here and there are a lot of things to not like about living at this apartment. The term "luxury" for this apartment is nothing more than a marketing tactic. I would NOT recommend that anyone move here. Where do I even begin? The elevator closest to my unit was almost always broken, the dumpsters were constantly overflowed with garbage, the gates to the community broke constantly, there were giant cracks in the walls all throughout the inside of my entire unit, a lot of residents did not clean up after their dogs, the blinds in my unit were very old and fragile, and people here were always smokin

I moved to 1660 Midtown apartments in June of 2025. I just signed early new lease for another year and that says a lot when it comes to living at this place. This review is my personal opinion. If you want location, convenience, amenities and price don't look any further. Everything is very close. Grocery stores, bars,restaurants,highways,midtown nightlife only 1-5 min away. I live in 1 bedroom apartment, and its big.Plenty of room with everything you need. There is a parking deck with security gate which is very convenient. Moving in and out is very easy. I lived here in the beginning od 2000s and decided to come back after so many years. I personally LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with the leasing team Keisha & Nicole. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Their communication and attention to detail really stood out.
