This has been a reasonable building to live in, with well designed and comfortable residences. However a few words of caution for those considering renting here. 1. The basement karaoke bar can be quite loud and building management is unresponsive/uninterested in addressing this for residents. Sometimes residents can hear music blasting at midnight and/or the beats through the floor. 2. Management is generally unresponsive for issues such as maintenance, lease documents, and so on. Emails go unreturned if not followed up/reminded, and 9/10 times no one answers the phone. 3. Package theft has been an issue and there are times it’s taken weeks to get management to review footage. The best management company I have had- repairs carried out within 24 hours of reporting. The latest the replacement of a dishwasher in two days!! I cannot recommend Bernstein highly enough

Great management, responds quickly to service requests. Safe building with several security measures built in.
