The staff both at the leasing office and maintenance take great care to make sure all my needs are met! Jorge has helped me with every maintenance issue quickly, and has been very kind to work with me on the timing and work around me and my big dog’s schedule-keeping me informed along the way! It is rare in the city to have such personalized and kind care from a rental property, so I greatly appreciate both Jorge and Yessica for all their help! I want to especially highlight Yessica at the leasing office for her kindness and willingness to help the residents! She is swift in her responses to any issues I’ve had, and so understanding. She works with you to find solutions that make you feel heard and supported, which is not the case with a lot of leasing offices. Thank you!

Greenleaf management at 1462 Memorial Dr. has been wonderful. I’ve lived here at this location for 2yrs and I’m thankful to have such a kind manger (Jessica). The entire team is always helpful and will do all they can to make accommodations for their tenants with in reason. Anytime you have a maintenance issue or any issue, management will address them in a quick and timely manner. Did I mention the farm and fresh vegetables weekly. The environment here is very welcoming and there’s gathering to become familiar with your neighbors. We’re truly a family.. we absolutely love it here.

I mean there's really not much to say about these apartments besides the fact that you really don't have a lot of parking spots and if you get there around a certain time of the day you will have to parallel apart which a lot of people don't know how to do. But all in all that's some pretty nice apartments, they're a little too expensive for my taste but I'm not sure if that's for maybe three bedrooms because the person I went to visit said that the rent was $1,400 and that is ridiculous. Those are more the lines of a mortgage but who am I to say some people may like living in apartments versus a house and if they can afford it then congratulations
