My mother living at 144 W 86th St for 65 years. I was raised there. Recently due to her advancing age with great sadness she had to move. She loved the building, the location and especially the staff. The team there always looked out for her and made sure she was okay, stepping up in emergencies, contacting me when needed, and making sure that one of their oldest tenants was healthy and happy. I cannot say enough nice things about them, especially Andrew and Carlos who went above and beyond all the time. We will both miss all of them.

I am a new tenant at 144, and Billy and the team have been exceptionally helpful in making sure I have everything I need, and that all of the appliances are working well. I’m incredibly grateful for such top-notch professionalism, patience, and kindness.

I have found the people who work at this management company to be responsive and helpful. They take pride in their work and their properties and it shows in the way they deal with tenants. I recommend them highly.

It has been a pleasure to work with the entire team at Rudin. We recently rented a ground floor professional space and look forward to many great years at 144W86. The entire staff so far both in management and at the building have been amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.

We moved in a couple of months ago and couldn’t be happier. We feel very lucky to have gotten this place. Since our first viewing, we’ve been impressed by the Rudin team, the staff, the building and the unit. The doormen and staff are always helpful and friendly, the building is kept in excellent shape, the management team is very well run, and the list of great things goes on. So glad we get to call this place home. Oh, and the location is amazing!
