Do not try to rent here. They building is not at all like the photos - very dirty and rundown - and the manager, Yeme, is unresponsive and misleading about the property. Avoid this place!

Pros: Good location, decently updated apartments, generally clean Cons: UIP management is not responsive and has constant turnover, property exteriors are rarely maintained, issues have to be reported multiple times, property has several rats

Very unprofessional management. I booked a tour more than a week in advance online. Despite the building management sending me multiple confirmation emails and texts in the days and even hours leading up to my scheduled tour, they still flaked on me the morning of. After I showed up 10 minutes early, my calls to the number they provided went unanswered, and the voicemail was not even set up for residents. If this is how they treat prospective renters, I can only imagine how neglectful they are of paying tenants. Avoid

Apartments are decent not newly renovated. UIP and their property management as a whole are really bad with communication and over all transparency. No response or remorse regarding tenant issues. Walls are super thin you can here your next door neighbors and anyone who lives above you. Also, in the lower level their is a tenant who yell all hours of the day. You can hear them in the hallway; especially if you live next door and down the hall. Property management doesnt do anything about it. Honestly the price of renting here is NOT WORTH IT! WARNING ⚠️

Disappointing trip. Set up a tour time and waited, waited, waited - no one showed. There was another guest waiting for their tour as well. Tried calling the office several times - right to voice mail. So, we will not be leasing an apartment from 1430 W. the inside hallway looked decent (from the door window) Only thing positive I can say
