I had a wonderful experience touring 13|U! The tour was smooth, informative, and truly impressive. The unit I saw was absolutely beautiful modern finishes, spacious layout, and a clean, well-maintained feel throughout. I’m especially interested in moving in because I have friends who live at 13|U, and they can’t stop raving about how much they love it. They’ve told me the staff is professional, maintenance is always on-point, and the rooftop is gorgeous and after my visit, I can see exactly what they mean! If you’re looking for a place with great energy, a responsive team, and high-quality living spaces, 13|U is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Larry while delivering packages at his property, and he truly stood out. Despite a few mishaps on my end, he remained patient, kind, and consistently professional—always with a smile. I also observed his interaction with a resident, which was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect. What impressed me most was his work ethic and attitude; even with incoming snow and the possibility of staying longer, he was positive and willing without complaint. It’s rare to encounter front desk personnel who treat delivery vendors with such courtesy and respect. Larry is absolutely gracious and someone any company should value—he is excellent at what he does.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and will be looking else where when my lease is up. Honestly, compared to what else is out there it’s over priced with little to no amenities. Appliance are at the point where they need to be replaced, regular issues with the temperature of the hot water being warm at best. It’s not luxury, rather on its way out.

Management allowed a neighbor to harass me for months, including coming to my front door on multiple occasions to listen in on me. When I notified management, they brushed it off as the neighbor “visiting friends” on my floor despite 1) tenants not being allowed access to other floors and 2) my witnessing said neighbor standing by my door to listen in on me as I was getting off the elevator to return home. During one of the heavy downpours this summer, multiple apartment units with balconies on the higher floors flooded and displaced tenants for days. Similar flooding had occurred before with no measures placed to prevent further flooding. The only solution provided this time was to expose the balcony drains. The building is nice, and front desk staff are great. But they do construction within the building frequently (replacing wood floors of other units) that causes extremely loud drilling and banging. Beware that if you work from home, this complex isn't a good fit.
