139 Main is a beautiful property and its exceeded my expectations on so many levels. In addition to a great downtown location and gorgeous apartment features that balance elegance and comfort, the staff is the best I've ever experienced in my 25 years of renting. Nancy and Melanie went above and beyond to make my move from out of state as smooth as possible. This was the first time renting an apartment "site unseen" and everything has surpassed my expectations. I had looked at several other properties in the area and communicated with MANY leasing agents. Talking to Nancy was like a breath of fresh air. Fantastic experience! We recently rented an apartment as temporary corporate housing, and our leasing agent Melanie could not have been more helpful. She always responded to my questions quickly, and helped me complete all paperwork remotely since I live out of state. When I showed up on moving day, she had everything ready, I spent less than a minute in the office! The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of the fun Old Town District.

They don't have a huge crazy coffee menu, but what they do have is executed well. The baristas call most people by name and the vibe is just cool

139 Main has been the perfect executive apartment I needed to start my new job in Rock Hill. I love living downtown and near the shops and restaurants, and can walk to work! Nancy and her team are so responsive to any and all issues. The apartments have modern appliances, floors, countertops and those high ceilings and windows!
