131 Ponce Apartments

We moved in over 5 months ago and the elevator to access our apartment has been broke ever since. We’ve called multiple times asking when it will be fixed and the management just says “idk”. Then they add a dog park with a gate that blocks an entrance. When asking for the code to the dog park the management also just answers we don’t know. It’s been almost 2 months that you cannot access the apartment building and the management team does not give 2 cares in the world. Why build a dog park that YOU CANNOT ACCESS and block residents in for 2 months?? There’s 0 sense of urgency or genuine care for the residents experience.

Please Read and watch attachments On March 25th—MY BIRTHDAY—there was a flood from the upstairs apartment at MIDNIGHT. No one responded, so my girlfriend and I had to push the water out by hand. There’s ZERO emergency system in this building. Afterward, the manager just kept telling us, “Deal with it through your insurance,” and didn’t lift a finger to help. And when we tried to dry our soaked mattress on the patio, he had the nerve to say, “Don’t put anything on the patio!” It was straight-up HELL! We lived like that for THREE WEEKS! When they finally sent someone to cover the water damage, they didn’t even bother covering our stuff. EVERYTHING got covered in paint. Seriously, what the hell is going on? And get this—last week, someone (probably another resident) broke the chain lock

Nick was super helpful! He squeezed me in for a last minute tour and was so kind and informative. Really great tour and the place is super nice

Recently moved in. Can’t speak much about the living experience yet, but Nick in particular helped make things go very smoothly during the move-in process. Would recommend speaking with him if you’re in need of admin support.

The management team here has been wonderful — always professional, caring, and attentive to residents’ needs. They truly make living in this community a great experience. Recently, when the elevators were down, they did an excellent job keeping everyone updated on the progress. While it was inconvenient, I felt it was handled with genuine care and clear communication. I also recognize that issues like that are often out of management’s direct control, and they still went above and beyond to support residents through it. Overall, I’m very happy here and appreciate the team’s dedication.
