12th and Renaissance Apartments

I love that the complex is pet-friendly. The one-bedroom’s bathroom and closet are very spacious, as well as the balcony. The office hosts snacks and little events and contests sometimes, which I think is such a treat and a great way to meet and interact other residents. Although city busses have no near route, the location is nicely tucked away from a lot of foot and vehicular traffic which makes for quiet living. There is a lovely little city pond nearby and an Aldi, gas stations and many eateries within walking distance. I’ve been a resident just over a year, and despite some minor issues and disappointment that the front gate has not been operational, so far it’s been an overall good place to live.

Friendly staff. I have a 3 bedroom apt it is very spacious. I love that it has 2 bathrooms, they're very good with outside maintenance as well as inside. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I lived in 12th and Renaissance for 4 years. These are some trashy apartments. I moved out in September 2023 and left my apartment cleaner than when I moved in. Just got a letter on the mail that said I owe $150 for cleaning 😳 My apartment was spotless when I left. I even replaced all blinds. Melissa the new manager is not very nice when you move out. Just know and be prepared. No matter how clean your apartment is when you move out she will lie and charge for cleaning. I WILL be seeing her in court with the video I took just before I turned my keys in. If you plan on moving in there then please record everything from move in to move out. because she doesn’t play nice.

The staff is awesome and always willing to help! This apartment is a great location and very accessible to nearby places

We have lived at 12th and Renaissance for years. Melissa and her team are awesome. The apartments are nice and clean. They give out monthly letters to keep us up to date with the community. Also hold food events. Book club starting soon. The team is prompt to address issues that may come up at anytime. We have a security guard walking around at night to address after hours issues.This is my home and community.
