12Hundred Studios

I have been living here for over a year and I have not seen the first exterminator,and the roaches have gotten so bad here that they crawl all over my couch and bed!!! I have spent almost $150 in roach sprayers,but to no avail has this worked .I have called 1200 studios to complain to the office management,but I never get and answer ,just voicemail. It's now a day before Thanksgiving and I have now became sick to the point of not being able to get out of bed due to the fact of Black mold in my apartment,and the office is now closed for the holidays. I'm laying in bed ,can't breathe ,coughing up mucus,and need to get out of this apartment . This apartment is going to kill me ,because management won't answer the phone so I'm putting it in writing to a review to management!

It can be what you make it. The studios are nicely furnished, and equipped with new appliances, very modern looking. But, the toilets can back up, and the area is a trap.

I hate this apartment place located at 1200 mobile st.NW. it's name is 1200 studios .it's too small for my livingʻ standards
