1295 West Apartments

No complaints, apartment was move in ready and clean. Not a sign of pests and office staff is very helpful. Mostly quiet and very affordable. We love the screen security doors, original hard wood floors and size. The West End as well is beautiful, culturally rich and quite safe. Also very walkable with good access to Marta. 100% recommend this place.

If I could provide lower than a 1star I would If you value your health and safety do not move here, the water that you have to clean your body with is Brown the sink water smells like rotten eggs. There is no A/C during the summer and, so far this winter we have had to stuff the windows and doors with towels in order to stay warm here. There are squatters in an entire building. Mrs. Monica is aware of all this and does nothing. All she does all day is lie. They over charge on insurance. There are roaches and termites. There is Black mold. In regards to renovations the term "Lipstick on a pig" rushes to mind.

I have been living back on my old street at 1295 west for 2 years now and the old crew who helped us move in was very caring & kind plus they made sure we could move in the day before the 1st of September. Since being back I have seen a major decline in staying here for 2 years now cause the owners fired the best company & hired a bad company with BAD REVIEWS not once but twice so I don't bother to even know the new staff cause they not doing their job right at all, they moving in hood and disrespectful tenants who treat the property like its a landfill with toys & trash everywhere and no blinds in the windows plus they bad kids with no respect at all. The most I have seen them do is put out letters about the rent or they emailing everyone about inspections or holidays when the office I cl

We do business with these apartments and they have wonderful staff. They are very accommodating space is nice and clean. Location is also in a great place on the belt line. Plenty of neighbors around and community officers neighborhood is safe.

The leasing staff are very attentive and move pretty urgently when it comes to issues you may have, and the have flexible leasing options. Maintenance is pretty cool too. Definitely would recommend!
