The staff here is the only good thing about this building.. I have lived here the last 18 months and it has been increasingly a worse experience. There are two elevators for 60+ floors which break constantly (multiple times per week, sometimes even daily). I block 15+ minutes every morning just to get to work on time, and have had to walk up 49 flights of stairs on a Saturday night because all of the elevators were out (I honestly don't know how this is legal). In fall of 2025, new management came in and is looking to cut costs. Hot water has been broken for almost a month so you have like 30 seconds of hot water to shower in every day. AC doesn't work in the summer either. Amenities are no longer nice (mold in the sauna, exercise bikes don't work, no more towels or water, etc). What lead

After 5 years of living here, it’s finally time to move out. The elevator situation has become unbearable. Imagine living on the 49th floor and the elevators go out almost every day — not just one, but both of them. The staff here is amazing, super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, this issue is beyond their control. It’s a structural problem with the building. There’s always at least one elevator down, and often both. Even when one is working, with 57 floors and tons of units, you’re easily waiting 15–20 minutes just to get a ride. And when both are down? Good luck grabbing your food delivery or making it to a meeting or appointment on time. I’ve had too many plans ruined because of this. So yeah, the end of the lease is near… and I’m finally moving out.

The bar in the back yard has sea sand. I found that cute. Take a beer after work and bury your feet in the sand. They try to make the concrete jungle a little more pleasing place to live

Whatever you do - do not live here. The elevator situation is horrible and you have to factor in 10-15 min extra to wherever you are going if 1 or both elevators are out. And they are out every other day. 1 elevator has been out for a month +. The hotel management next door also banned residents from using the attached hotel elevator that takes you to the 30th floor. Even then if you live high up in the 40s you will still be walking up multiple floors. It has been a nightmare.

I have been going to this building for delivery atlest for the last 5 years with different delivery platforms and never had an issue, but today which is October 25th around 8 pm had bad experiences with Male frontdesk, he told me to leave the order on the desk with attitude and unfriendly face,but for another delivery person let him go up, for me it's less job, but it's seems like he does that on purpose, if I'm not mistaken this is second time within 2 weeks, don't understand why he does that? but you are wrong and unprofessional! I don't want you to treat me like that, i can't take the order to the store, you just abusing the resident,and also what ever is your reason just talk or treat everyone same way and professionally!!!!
