Predatory management company, Kim refuses to give her supervisors information. I didn’t have hot water for 6 months, dishwasher was broken for 3 months, dryer been broken for a year. Weekly building break ins with cars vandalized and broken into. No notice from management. They illegally changes flat rate fees listed on signed lease. They refuse to provide copies of bills with breakdowns as is required by law. They also make you leave on the 25th of the month but still charge you rent for the entire month. Overall has been a terrible place to live.

1101 on Main feels like northeast’s best kept secret. It is such a unique place to live. We were nervous to move to a place with a big property management company because a lot of places are not well maintained and the management company feels impersonal. This place has totally exceeded our expectations. Every property management employee we’ve worked with has been great. The monthly potlucks are so fun and it is a great community environment. I highly recommend this building, it is truly a steal for the location and space you get. Parking is also super easy which is hard to find in NE.
