10X Trellis Apartments

I have enjoyed living at this property.10x trellis has good proximity, quiet surroundings, kind & welcoming staff, affordable, updated appliances, a spacious floor plan and beautiful interior. The maintenance staff has been really responsive and are always quick to resolve the problems I report. Miss Marcelle is really great, responsive and attentive. I wouldn't recommend a middle floor unit if you're someone that doesn't like noise at all but the noise isn't intollerable. I have lived here since 2023, I was weary when i first moved in becasue i had a missing cabinent and some other maintence issues, it took a while to get those fixed but once they were everything has been smooth. Stopped in for a tour. No one got up to greet us. We were called to the back and when we asked for a tour, we were asked to come back later because there was a scheduled tour that was due to come in at any time. We were given business cards, but the agent didn't gather our information or ask us really anything. It felt like the agent just didn't want to tour us. She assured us that we can come back later that day or tomorrow morning. We left and waited in my car for 20 minutes because of that feeling that they didn't want to tour us and sure enough, no one pulled up to tour. It could very well be a missed appointment, but what are the odds. Not a great impression.

We have lived here for about 6 years. Marcelle and the staff are amazing. I love our space, alot of closet space, large rooms, bathrooms are large. Open concept. Patio size is perfect largest size around compared to other complexes. Highly recommend.

The moment my family and I took a tour of 10x Trellis I instantly felt at home! Mrs. Marcelle, Mrs. Arey and Mrs. Tiffany words cannot describe how welcome you make your residents feel. Communication is never a problem with these ladies any issue you have, they are professional and super diligent with their work !

Arey is AWESOME and EXTREMELY helpful. Whatever needs I Have she handles it Professionally & w/Grace. Although she has a lot going on I'm sure. She always come through for Me. Also The Maintenance Member named Tiff is AWESOME too. Always Expedient when I need some work done. No Hasssle, No Issue. Job is done when she says it will be done. If not gives the heads up an also offers ways to accommodate you.
