Update: moving to 1 star because I cannot believe how incredibly incompetent the staff and maintenance are, and continue to be. Will be looking to escalate to this matter via the appropriate chain of command(s) and legal options. Do not move here, management will continue to lie, and drive this property into the dumps. As you can see, they’ve conveniently only responded to their single 5-star review, which I doubt was written by an actual resident, as that review makes a concerted effort to praise how wonderful their responsiveness and maintenance are. - I’ve lived at this property for about 3 yrs; community is safe and quiet. The 2-star rating is due to the new management company, which took over mid-late December 2025. Prior to the switch in management, work orders were attended to in a

Disappointing Experience with New Management and Maintenance I would think twice about calling this place your home. I’ve been residing here for almost 3 years, and the management company has gone from not the best to worse, which is quite disappointing for an upscale apartment in a great neighborhood. During the holiday break I had several packages delivered while I was away and the new management reset the concierge boxes, which unlocked all of them. Two of the three were left in the front, and I was able to pick those up. One item—a Christmas gift from my boyfriend and an expensive bottle of perfume—was not moved to the front. (It’s possible either management or another resident took the perfume and didn’t return it). When I came back into town to retrieve the package, I was able to r

Extremely disappointed with the current management. An Amazon package delivered on December 18 at 11:03 AM was confirmed by Package Concierge to be stored in a specific locker (2nd row, 8th locker). Due to a recent management change, the leasing office initially did not have access to Package Concierge. Fair enough. However, once access was restored, management suddenly claimed “there is no package under your name” and refused to take any responsibility. What’s unacceptable is the complete lack of ownership and basic problem-solving. Package Concierge clearly stated they can help retrieve the package if management contacts them for instructions, yet the leasing office refused to do so and instead told me “it’s not our job.” That response alone tells you everything. Previous management h

Currently a tenant here and my door has been unlocked for about 5 days…like the battery on my door lock has been dead and doesn’t lock, so I’m leaving my door unlocked while I’m at work. Lucky the neighborhood is safe. I had a service request on Dec 18 2025 and it’s still not fixed. Wondering if it’ll get fixed by this week hopefully. Idk if it the new management or system but it’s gotta be faster than that , especially for a request like the lock on the front door.

Lived here for almost 3 years now. It was very much quiet luxury at first. Recent management change (ZRS) makes me wary. It's only been a month but they insist on late fees even though they changed the autopay and only gave written notification with the fine. To me this kind of nickel and diming is a bad sign. I pay $200 more rather than haggle the move in rate and that's another $300 over the same apartment complex next door which is physically just as nice. Well, lease isn't up for a few months so I guess I get to wait and also see what the neighbors think. Hope for the best but I am packing my bags.
