Gonzalo Giraldo (maintenance) did an excellent job with the maintenance in our apartment. He was professional, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. Everything was fixed perfectly and left clean and tidy. We truly appreciate his great work and highly recommend him!

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now and my first experience was with Filomena. She was so so nice and sweet and assisted me in whatever I needed and reassured all my concerns! Till this day she still continues to do so. Along with that, whatever maintenance service I have requested, has always been fulfilled and satisfactory! Hugo, the guard, is also extremely nice and sweet!

From the very beginning, Filomena has been our leasing agent, and she’s been nothing short of amazing: kind, cheerful, and always patient. I had two of my motorcycles stolen three times within two months of moving in, and both are gone forever (one was recovered by police, then immediately stolen again and never recovered). I warned management several times with formal letters, and they didn’t care about this. They sent out an email deflecting blame (see AI Chat-GPT written picture). They said vehicles were unlocked by residents, when mine had three different extra locks around it, and I’m sure other vehicles did too, as you literally need a key to start it. Vehicle thieves don’t need a key to take your car, and 10X knows this but still lies to residents. Do not listen to their AI emails. Do not live here. "There are no signs of forced entry". We just moved in a week ago and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Filomena has been with all of our questions and needs. She is the epitome of a class act and her attention to the details is amazing. Also a big thank you to the maintenance crew who have been beyond helpful and responsive as well.
