There are so many wonderful things about 10K but the best by far is Jerri, Henos, Nate, and Kevin and Brandon(security) The evening concierge staff is superior! They are dealing with EVERYTHING related to this building with no backup(literally because business offices close at 5/6pm) When I get home from work and need any type of assistance, such as: packages, maintenance, security escorts, elevator assistance, lock out, general questions because I am forgetful…they have everything covered for me. No building is perfect, so when I do have maintenance requests, Alex and George consistently take exceptional care of me. If I need anything Jerri, Henos, and Nate are always top notch with their levels of friendly and professional service. I love how they anticipate my needs. I can genuinely say

I moved to DC a month ago and have been impressed over and over again by the quality of the staff, the building, and the amenities. Shout out to the concierge team as well as housekeeping and maintenance. Their professionalism and attentiveness is above and beyond. This apartment community has both a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, as well as the right amount of social activities for tenants. The gym is phenomenal- an actual Equinox gym property! Guided Fitness classes are also fantastic. Guided fitness offers a variety of classes taught by excellent instructors. The gym and classes, the apartment finished (gas stove too), and the attention to detail at One Hill South were evident from the day we took the tour. I’ve lived at 10K for almost three years, and in my opinion, it’s the best apartment in Navy Yard! The amenities are unmatched, and the apartments are beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. What truly sets 10K apart is the staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Charlene Brown, our concierge, makes living here special. She’s always warm, welcoming, and if you have a dog, she’ll instantly become their best friend. Charlene goes above and beyond every day and is a big part of what makes 10K feel like home!

10K Hill South offers great value for your money. Many apartments in the area are similar in price, but the quality of the finishes and the amenities create the value. Many apartments look good, but are made from cheap materials and finishes. Simple things like using high quality doors, cabinets, appliances and fixtures elevate the experience. The quality likely contributes to the fact that you never hear the noise of neighbors when inside the apartment. If that was not enough, the staff really make 10K a wonderful place to call home. With Charlene and Henos as the foundation, you are in the best hands for all your needs, never discounting the smiling hello and personal engagement whenever you come and go from the building. 10K is hands down one of the finest residences in DC. The quality of the architecture and the finishes in both the public and the private spaces are the finest I have seen after reviewing all of the better buildings in the Navy Yard and throughout DC. The amenities are first class and there are many. The roof top lounge and club area, the infinity pool, the grill stations and fire pit, the equinox gym, the mailroom and package center, the complimentary automated espresso machine, the lobby reading lounge, the court yard, the lobby, the art and furnishings throughout the public spaces, the game room and bowling alley, the indoor pool, saunas, steam and jacuzzi. 10K has it all and all executed beautifully and top quality. None of this would be as good as it is without the extraordinary car
