Been living here since Fall 2021. Team Savarino is the best management and maintenance team ever! Peter and Skylr have always gone above and beyond to make sure the residents feel safe and supported. A special shoutout for the exceptional care during the Christmas blizzard last year 🤩 Very proactive and quick in responding to + addressing maintenance issues. Highly recommend, solely due to the exceptional team that takes care of us in this building!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! WITHIN THE 1 YEAR I LIVED THERE THEY SOLD AND REBOUGHT THE BUILDING 5 DIFFERENT TIMES, I HAD TO DEAL WITH 5 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENTS WHO WERE ALL HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH, ME AND MY CHILD HAD TO GO THROUGH WINDOWS FOR MONTHS WHEN I LOST MY KEY!!!! PACKAGES GET STOLEN ALLLLL THE TIME!! THEY MAIL GETS LEFT AT THE MAILBOXES AND ANYONE CAN GRAB THEM LITERALLY. THEY ARE ON MY CREDIT EVEN THOUGH I PAID MY RENT!!!! I AM CURRENTLY FIGHTING TO GET THEM OFF . OVER ALL THE APARTMENT IS NICE THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE BUILDING HOWEVER A WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I have felt safe, comfortable, and at my happiest living in the 1040 Delaware Apartments.
