1010 On The Rhine Apartments

It has been such an enjoyable experience living in these apartments! The team that I have interacted with (Daisy, Rhonda) are so sweet and welcoming. Myself and other residents always feel comfortable asking questions. Maintenance is also very responsive. Thanks for the awesome living experience!

1010 is top notch when it comes to city living! It is centrally located downtown and there are amazing views of both the CBD and OTR. It's extremely walkable and so close to everything Cincinnati has to offer, plus it's super pet friendly. Your pet is bound to meet some friends! The property staff is also amazing! Daisy, Rhonda, Elizabeth, and Ken all go above and beyond when it comes to communication and taking care of any issues that may arise. They ensure that all of their residents' needs and concerns are taken into consideration, plus they're so friendly and truly caring. You're not just a "tenant", you're a part of the 1010 family! Leaking Apartment, Cracked Ceilings – Not Acceptable for $3,500/Month We’ve had an active leak in our apartment for several months now — in both the living room and one of the bedrooms. Every time it rains, water seeps in and the apartment gets wet. The ceiling is now cracking, and pieces are falling near the window and onto the floor. It’s becoming not just inconvenient, but unsafe. We’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests, and nothing has been resolved. We also asked for a rent reduction given the ongoing damage and unlivable conditions, but management denied it. We’re paying ~$3,400 a month to live here, and for that price, this is completely unacceptable. You expect quality and responsiveness when paying that much — not leaks and cracked ceilings.
