101 San Fernando Apartments

Great apartment to live in near heart of San Jose Downtown. Nice responsive apartment management and an amazing security officer too in the evening. The gentleman made our stay even better by helping us get used to from day one. Some photos or nearby attractions like corporate offices, universities, citi hall, San pedro street, MLK Library, historic buildings and parks. Really enjoyed my stay to witness active San Jose tech lifestyle.

We've been living in our apartment at 101 San Fernando for a few months now. The property itself is nice, and our unit is very well maintained. But the main reason for the 5 star review is 100% due to how attentive, friendly, and helpful the maintenance staff is, specifically Diego. We've put in multiple requests for different services and Diego has been assigned to a number of them. He is very professional, polite, and he always addresses and fixes our concerns. He is great at his job! We've had very positive experiences with all of the staff and are very grateful to them.

Huge thanks to the maintenance team for sorting out my microwave situation so quickly! Both Diego and Joel came over to install the brand new unit, and they did an awesome job. Really appreciate the fast, friendly, and hassle-free service from these guys!

I've lived here for 3 years, and it’s been a terrible experience. This is a rundown apartment complex—avoid it at all costs. I was on the 3rd floor, and whenever it rained, water leaked all the way from the roof on the 4th floor down to my unit. During winter it just leaks everywhere. The leasing management is arrogant and avoids giving straight answers under the presence of being professional. Packages and mail were frequently stolen from the mailboxes, including my credit card, vehicle registration sticker, and other valuables. When I reported it, management refused to address security concerns and simply told us to file police complaints. The fire alarm used to go off every other night in the middle of the night. Although it seems like they’ve fixed that issue now, it was a persiste

This is the 4th time in the last 3 days that the water has been "unexpectedly" shut off. The elevators are forever under maintenance. Packages get stolen and unauthorized people frequently enter the building premises. The only reason I even bothered giving 3 stars is because of how helpful Stephen has been in the past.
